With each episode of attack, you must keep telling yourself that the attacks do not last forever and you can overcome them. This will eventually aid your recovery.

First of all, you may have problem with your breathing and feel like you are choking and are short of breathe. You may experience heart palpitations, and chest pains, which many people mistakenly think is an episode of heart attack.
